South West Trains Rail Replacement 08/11/2015

Good Evening all, Liam here again, with a special post documenting the rail replacement bus operations around the Guildford and Haslemere area today! (08/11/2015). Enjoy!

South West Trains carried out planned engineering work on the Portsmouth Direct Line, Guildford to Aldershot line and the North Downs Line, meaning rail replacement buses had to be booked. In this post, I will document the duties and workings of individual buses etc.

On the 451 & 452 Duties, hourly rail replacement bus services from Aldershot to Guildford stopping at Ash, Wanborough and Guildford stations only, worked 2 Stagecoach South Enviro 200 (Kite branded). These vehicles were 37266 (SL64 HXA, see below) and 37265 (SL64 HWZ).

On the 453 duty (Guildford - Godalming) worked Stagecoach South Dennis Dart SLF bodied Plaxton Pointer 2 (35254 GX56 OGE).
On the 454 duty (Guildford - Godalming) worked Stagecoach South Dennis Dart SLF bodied Plaxton Pointer 2 (35255 GX56 OGF).
On the 455 duty (Guildford - Godalming) worked Stagecoach South Dennis Dart SLF bodied Plaxton Pointer 2 (35256 GX56 OGG).
On the 456 duty (Petersfield - Woking) worked Moretons Travel VanHool (E13 BUS).
On the 458 duty (Petersfield - Guildford) worked Moretons Travel 'Patricia' (WA09 AZB).
On the 460 duty (Guildford - Petersfield) worked Moretons Travel VDL BOVA (MT11 LOU)
On the 461 duty (Woking - Petersfield) worked Moretons Travel VanHool (F13 BUS).
On the 462 duty (Woking - Petersfield) worked Moretons Travel Volvo B10M-55 Alexander PS (SJ1 I960 see below).

On the 463 duty (Petersfield - Guildford) worked Lucketts Travel Scania (YT11 LPU).
On the 464 duty (Petersfield - Woking) worked Lucketts Travel ALX400 bodied Volvo B7TL (A19 HLC).
On the 466 duty (Petersfield - Woking) worked Victory Travel (K100 WST).
On the 467 duty (Petersfield - Woking) worked Reptons Travel VanHool (REP 377 see below).

On the 473 duty (Petersfield - Woking) worked Stagecoach (SWT liveried) 52657 (PSU 787 see below)

On the 477 duty (Petersfield - Woking) worked Lucketts Travel Scania (YT11 LPV).
On the 478 duty (Petersfield - Woking) worked Lucketts Travel Scania (YT09 FLW)
On the 479 duty (Petersfield - Woking) worked Lucketts Travel Irizar i6 (YN13 BWL see below).

On the 482 duty (Petersfield - Woking) worked Victory Travel Setra (BU03 LYF).

Also spotted this day, were some Stagecoach South commercial services. First up is Stagecoach South's Dennis Dart SLF bodied Plaxton Pointer 2 (34521 GX04 EXR) working a 71 (Guildford - Haslemere see below).

Next up, is Stagecoach in the South Downs ADL Enviro 300 (27664 GX10 KZS see below.) working a 70 (Midhurst - Haslemere). On weekdays and saturdays, this route is operated by Peasmarsh depot, however, on sundays, the route is operated by Chichester depot.

Next up, again is another Stagecoach in the South Downs ADL Enviro 300, working the 70. 27648 (GX10 KZA see below.)

 Finally, here is Stagecoach in the South Downs ADL Enviro 200 (37270 SL64 HXE see below.) working the 70 to Midhurst.
